Butterfly Journey Kits Fundraiser

Each Little Wings Kit is sold for $25, with $9 profit per kit going directly to your organization.

How it works with School Cash Online:

  1. Your school posts and promotes the fundraiser.

  2. Parents purchase kits online ($25 per kit).

  3. Once sales close, you send us the total number of kits ordered.

  4. We will invoice the school $16 per kit sold, with payment due upon delivery.

  5. Kits are delivered to the school for easy distribution.

Getting Started:

To begin, we need to determine the date you would like to distribute the kits to families. I drop off orders on Thursdays, and they can be distributed on Fridays. (right now we are working into dates late May) 

  • School Cash Online must close 2 weeks before the distribution date.

  • Once sales close, you’ll send me the total number of kits ordered.

  • I will then send an invoice to your secretary, allowing time for the school to prepare a cheque.

  • When I drop off the kits on Thursday, I will also pick up the cheque.

Helpful Distribution Tip:

  • Print the School Cash Online order sheets by class.

  • Hand out kits per class for teachers to distribute at the end of the day.

  • No labelling required, no parent pickup needed!

  • The kits have handles, making them easy for students to carry home safely. Caterpillars are securely contained and can be transported on a bus or during a walk.

    Daycares/Organizations:

  • A custom fundraising store will be setup on this website. Families will be able to order an unlimited amount of kits throughout the agreed upon timeline. A detailed list of orders will be given for the pickup process. Due to transaction fees, $8 per kit will go back to the organization. An e-transfer or cheque will be given during the delivery of the products.
